How long does my order take to ship?

We do our best to ship orders within 3-5 business days. Our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest possible quality. Occasionally, an order may take longer to ship as we are producing a new batch. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay with your order.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately, we do not ship our products outside the United States due to the various international laws regarding herbs.

What is your return policy? 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you may return unopened items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item. 

We do not accept returns for custom formulas (this includes custom herbal blends, teas, tinctures, and flower essences).
