Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We accept returns of unopened, unused stock products within 30 days of purchase. Items must remain sealed and in their original condition.

To request a return, email returns@healthybynatureherbals.com before sending the item. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used herbal products.

Custom formulas are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes custom herbal blends, teas, tinctures, and flower essences.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges and optional shipping insurance are not refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Healthy by Nature is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at returns@healthybynatureherbals.com within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.

If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any necessary return shipping.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and some products are made after an order is received, we cannot guarantee cancellation after production or order processing has begun. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Wholesale and Practitioner Orders

Wholesale and practitioner orders are subject to this policy unless separate written terms have been agreed upon. Shipping charges and shipping insurance for wholesale and practitioner orders are not refundable.
